Melanie Thaw, C-TAGME, Director-Health Education and Education Administrator for the Pediatric Residency Program

Melanie has been in this position for nine years. Her favorite part of the job is interacting with residents and faculty and helping make their time in training run smoothly.

She is married to Kurt, a Millsaps college professor, has three grown daughters and lives in Brandon, MS. She is originally from Atlanta, GA but moved here 25 years ago. The things she loves about Jackson, MS are the wonderful restaurants, the kind and generous people and the proximity to beach and mountains.
